JOE WILBURN is the Managing Director of ECAM Associates. Joe is responsible for day to day operations and for providing strategic direction for the company. He is directly involved in business development and serves as a resource to leaders who want to drive cultural change in their sales organizations.
Joe retired from the military with more than 15 years executive experience in human resource management, talent acquisition and military recruiting. His military career culminated as Director of Talent Acquisition for the Air Force Reserve where he led the global recruiting organization comprised of 465 personnel in 160 offices located throughout the U.S. Europe and Asia. For his accomplishments, Joe was honored at the 2012 Stevie Awards, winning the Silver Award for National VP of Sales of the Year.
In 2013, he brought those skills to The Brooks Group. Over the course of 6 years, he progressed from Director of Sales Effectiveness to Vice President of Government Services. In doing so, he help develop and deliver sales training programs to Fortune 500 companies including Smithfield Foods and FreddieMac. At the same time, he grew the portfolio and developed sales training solutions for the Air Force, Air Force Academy, Civilian Service, and the Marine Corps Recruiting Command.

ERIC SITRIN is the Strategic Director at ECAM Associates. He spearheads the planning and goal setting effort with the leadership team and leads ECAM Associate's management and business development. Leveraging 36 years of leading change across diverse and complex military and civilian organizations, he has had tremendous success building high-performance organizations.
Experience: Decision-level analysis, modeling and simulation, and formal problem solving support of $5.1 billion enterprise consisting of 70,400 personnel and 367 aircraft located at 37 organizations (Wings) across
the US. Chief strategist and architect for enterprise-wide Internal Control Measures: a leadership performance optimization tool that provides the CEO with fingertip performance oversight of products, services, financial,
and compliance areas.
Specialized Education: University of Tennessee Master Process Officer - Black Belt for Process Improvement.
Eric is a retired Air Force Colonel with an extensive background in studies, analysis, leading change, and organizational process improvement.

MICHAEL KOVACH is the Operations Director for ECAM Associates. His responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, managing contracts, legal and communications considerations concerning the organization.
Mike has a Bachelor of Professional Aeronautics (Aviation Maintenance Technology) and an Associate of Science Degree (Engineering Technology). Additionally, he has attended numerous courses in technical, business and specialized business-applicable areas.
Mike worked for 12 years for a DOD contractor as Division Director & Operations Site Manager in the Washington, DC area. He was a Program Manager and project leader for various contracts and projects at the Naval Air Test Center, Patuxent River, MD.
He served 24 years in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Master Chief, AFCM. Being in Naval Aviation he has had many interesting assignments such as two tours of duty at the Naval Air Test Center, Patuxent River, MD as Directorate Maintenance Chief, two tours of recruiting duty as a Recruiter-in-Charge, and service aboard the USS Midway, as Production Control Chief during the Vietnam conflict. He has had numerous deployments ranging from the Mediterranean to Iceland and Adak, Alaska.
